We met at the office and were friends for years until...
"Derek and I were attending a project meeting when one of the very keen partners of the Architecture firm said,
'Derek, you'll make a good husband someday...'
then she looked at me and smiled." -Michelle
Perhaps it was the well-timed suggestion that got Michelle thinking about Derek in a different light.
One day after coordinating drawings with Derek, she asked him out for a beer by placing a post-it-note on his calendar that read: "Temple? Today?"
He said, Yes!
We've been smitten ever since.
Through life's adventures, kitchen disasters, sleepless nights at the office, laugh lines and leaned shoulders, we've been grateful to have each other, everyday, always.
